• Due to the customized nature of our products, items are non-refundable once the printing and framing process has started. However, before this step, we provide a digital preview of the artwork for your approval. If you’re not satisfied with the preview, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.

  If we are unable to resolve any issues to your satisfaction during the preview stage, we will issue a full refund. Please note that refunds are not possible after you have approved the artwork and the production process has begun.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Issues: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue.

• Resolution Options: We will offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items, including covering return shipping costs if applicable.

3. Order Cancellation

• Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders canceled before production begins are eligible for a full refund.

• After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted, and the order becomes non-refundable.
